Returns and Refunds Policy
We understand here at Drift n Tides that issues may arise, and we are here to assist you if this occurs.
Your order cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped. The return policy conditions below will apply.
If there is a problem with an item you have purchased at Drift n Tides and you seek to return the item, you can request a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It does not include situations when the product is damaged through misuse or you simply changed your mind.
Please contact us, within 30 days of receipt of the item. Goods will not be accepted for return or refund later than 30 days of receiving your goods. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns.
To initiate a return
Please email email@example.com and include the following information:
Your full name
The title of the piece, you purchased
Proof of Purchase
You will need to provide proof of purchase, (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt if applicable), or another form of proof of purchase will be required, of your credit card statement, which clearly shows the date of purchase, purchase price $ and that the purchase was from Drift n Tides.
Clearly state the reason for requesting a return, in one to two paragraphs
If the art arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage.
Drift n Tides will provide a paid shipping label, (for customers within Australia) via email or post, at no extra cost, so you can return the item. Please return it in the original packaging if possible.
You will receive up to two email notifications advising you of the returned parcel progress from Australia Post:
When it is first scanned at the Post Office ready for shipping
And one when it has been delivered back to Drift n Tides
NOTE: Once your return is received and inspected, Drift n Tides will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. Please allow a couple of days, when checking for your refund, as there is often some processing time before the refund is posted by your respective financial institution.

Any International shipments (outside Australia) are subject to our returns policy and any extra charges, shipping and additional customs clearance charges associated with the returned item. Please contact email@example.com directly to sort out your quires directly, to avoid delays.
We take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information we receive. Information we receive relevant to our activities may be stored in an appropriate secure format in accordance with our obligations under the State Records Act. No card details are captured or stored by our website.
